I'm Sarah Coleman, and I've spent over a decade designing learning experiences that actually change behavior.

My background spans enterprise partner ecosystems, distributed sales organizations, and leadership development programs. I've designed for audiences of 85,000+, built scalable blended learning programs from the ground up, and delivered measurable results: improved performance, stronger onboarding outcomes, and learning people actually want to engage with.

My approach is human-centered and UX-informed, which means I don't just build courses, I design experiences. Every piece of content I create is grounded in adult learning principles, built for the real constraints of your learners, and designed to transfer to the job.

I'm currently pursuing a BA in UI/UX Design at Southern New Hampshire University (GPA: 4.0), which keeps my design thinking sharp and my work at the intersection of instructional design and user experience.
